ARROW CAPITAL HIRES DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec. 5, 2005 - Arrow Capital Corporation is pleased to announce that John W. Mahaffey has joined the company’s sales team in the position of Director of Business Development.  In his role as Director of Business Development, he will be engaged in developing new strategic partner programs.

Mr. Mahaffey comes to Arrow Capital with almost 30 years of experience as a leasing professional.  Prior to joining Arrow Capital, Mr. Mahaffey was Vice President of Vendor Leasing for a leasing company engaged in lease financing, where he successfully developed new vendor partnerships in the wholesale and retail sector.

Mr. Mahaffey brings to Arrow Capital a broad experience in business development and strategic vendor program management.   His clientele includes companies in the wholesale, retail, Broadcast / Communications, and IT fields.

Mr. Mahaffey office is located in Spring Grove, Illinois just outside of the Chicago Metropolitan area.
