SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept 6, 2005 - Arrow Capital Corporation is pleased to announce that Sudeshna Banik has joined the company’s sales team in the position of Director of Business Development.  In her role as Director of Business Development, she will be engaged in developing new vendor program partners primarily in the technology sector.

Ms. Banik comes to Arrow Capital with 12 years of experience as an equipment leasing professional.  Prior to joining Arrow Capital, Ms. Banik was Director of Marketing for a leasing company engaged in both domestic and international lease financing, where she successfully managed marketing strategies, business development and sales, and identified opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships with vendors. 

 Ms. Banik’s brings to Arrow Capital broad experience in business development, vendor program management, credit and underwriting, both in the US and internationally.   Her clientele includes major corporations, federal agencies, universities, and major, market leading, global equipment vendors.

 Ms. Banik’s expertise includes pricing and structuring, negotiating and closing multi-million dollar transactions, vendor relationship management, underwriter development, credit analysis, and documentation. 

 Ms. Banik officially joined Arrow Capital on September 6, 2005, and her office is located at Arrow Capital’s corporate headquarters in San Jose, CA.
