SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan 5, 2004 - Financial services company Arrow Capital Corporation announced today the appointment of James Murray to the position of Business Development Manager.  Mr. Murray has over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing and sales management.  He is well known in the vendor leasing industry from his 14 years with U.S. Leasing Corporation where he lead the marketing efforts of 42 regional banks as Division Manager of their Banklease division, and the became National Program Manager for U.S. Leasing’s vendor program with Sharp Electronics.  He then joined First National Bank of Chicago’s vendor leasing unit as Western  Regional Manager where he developed lease programs with networking equipment pioneer, Ungermann-Bass, and laser manufacturer, Coherent.  He then formed his own marketing consulting company, generating contracts with high tech leaders such as:

Since the mid nineties, Mr. Murray returned to the corporate world as Vice President, Regional Sales Manager for Newcourt USA’s lucrative tech finance unit in Silicon Valley and Vice President Global Vendor Finance Manager for Heller Financial, where he traveled extensively in Europe and Latin America building international vendor finance capabilities.

 Mr. Murray holds a B.S. degree from the University of Denver in Business Administration – Marketing, and has taken graduate courses in Management Training at the University of California.
